How to shape the body?

My wife delivered second child recently, both are normal delivery. After first child delivery her body was in good shape. but now she is having big stomach and hanging everyside. I asked her do some exercise but she feel lazy. is it any possible way to shape body again – serious answers pls

how can I keep my upper body in shape when I am not allowed to work it out?

after almost four months of working out and I just started to get some good shape.And now my arm is playing up, like almost coming out of the socket when I work out.So I have been told to totally stop working my upper body and I am in fear of becoming a twig. Well I know I have to do what is best for my arms but I dont want to loose all my precious muscle. What can I do to keep some shape.

A simple as that. He’s the most amazing guy i’ve seen, I’m ripped but he’s awesome. I diet properly, workout, some cardio as well, what is it that he gets in such a good shape?

How important is a good diet when trying to 'buff' up?

Im sure it’s a healthy good thing to do, but im in real good shape and I have never been on a special diet or anything. Isn’t everyones body different? Won’t genetics determin your metabolisim and body structure? How is it that all these prison guys have some of the most well defined and toned bodies yet they have the worst poor diet available? Aren’t these diet and routines more of a market for profit then anything?

Body shaping help? Will i grow into it?

I’m 15 years old and i am a good weight (102) and have good muscling. I play volleyball and run track, and also work out 1 1/2 hours and also practice my sport for 2-3 hours 5 times a week, so I’m in very good shape. But I DO have love handles. They’re not noticeable barely but I’m very self conscious. If I loose my "love handles", I’ll lost the hips i have BECAUSE of my "love handles". HELP?? Will my hips grow any more as i get older and will i grow into my "love handles"?
I’m 5’4" currently.
