How do you get off of a low-carb diet without gaining weight?
My experience with being on a low-carb diet has been that I am extremly sensitive to carbs. For example, if I eat even a single chocolate bar, it leads to weight gain the very next day. Due to this increasing sensitivity to carbs, it gets harder and harder to lose or even avoid gaining weight.

How bad for a diet is drinking one soda a day?
I have a horrible soda and sugar addiction that I’m trying to break. Since starting college, I’ve been gaining weight because the sugary food and drinks have been more accessible. I made the decision to stop but my willpower is starting to fade. I haven’t had any soda or sweets for 3 days. My question is how bad is one 12 ounce can of soda (I prefer Dr Pepper) a day for your diet. I’ve heard that it’s okay in moderation, but I know water is the better option.
