If you start running every day, how long is it before you notice weight loss?

I am on nutrisystem which is working, but I am impatient and I would like it to go a little faster. Is there a pill or supplement I could take that will work with the nutrisystem and help me out? I know there isnt any miracle workers out there, but if you could also tell me a good way to slim down during and once I lose the weight? I dont want to add muscle I just want to be slim and tone. I have Pilates, Billy Blanks Bootcamp, and a Bowflex….but I dont know how to use these things to make me slim without gaining muscle. I am 5’7" woman age 22 and need to lose around 50 pounds. Please help!!!!
