Why do every time I start to diet I get sick?

Author: It doesn’t seem to matter that I take vitamins or the food I eat is healthy(salad, fruits, lean meat). Every single time I diet, I get sick with cold/flu like symptoms and it is not just in spring. This has happened every time I start to diet regardless of the season. I am counting calories and eliminating 500 calories from the ones needed to maintain my weight. I am plus sized so it’s not a matter of being underweight either. Can anyone tell me why do every time I start to diet I get sick?

How many pregnant women died from the regular seasonal flu last year?
Does anyone know? Apparently everyone is making a big deal about 25 pregnant women dying from H1N1 Swine Flu this year and I know that many people die every year from the flu. Does anyone know where to find the stats for how many died last year?

I need a primary care doctor. Should I go to an Internal Medicine Clinic or a Women's Health Clinic?
Or is the Women’s Health Clinic mainly for reproductive (pregnancy, annual paps, STD checks, etc.) health issues and not for general care (cold, flu, sprained ankle, annual physical, etc.)?

Women only answer: What is the best product you use for PSM & The Flu?
On friday, I got sick with the flu & have been sick still. I have use cough medcine, iburphen, allergic medcine for running noise. Nothing is working. To top things off, I got PSM on Saturday and it came down really heavy. I been so moody and crackie?????
Any body know anything that works.
I prefer small size pills. I hate taking large size pills.
