hair vitamins for thickness?

I had a very bad experience with hair extensions over a year ago and my hair continues to get closer to its natura lthickness. I have seen much progress but I was wondering if anyone has had success with using a particular product or type of hair vitamin. I currenty take a multivitamin for women (without iron) from the vitamin shoppe twice a day, 1200 mg biotin (split into two dosages…600 each) & flaxseed oil once a day. I have Nioxin because I got it at reduced price but I have yet to try it due to a bunch of mixed reviews. I understand that nutrition and health contribute to hair but I am asking about thickness specifically, not the rate of growth. Also,if anyone has any thickening products that have worked for them, feel free to share.

Is there anything i should be drinking , eating , or consuming when ttc?

Iam trying to become pregnant and what could benefit or harm my unborn child?…That’s kind of my main concern. Plus I usually have a smoothie for breakfast with common ingredients but I do add flaxseed oil and protein powder usually soy protein…is that safe at any pregnancy stage? Iam type two diabetic.I’m not obese but iam about 10 pounds overweight for my height at the moment. Does anyone have any advice?

Am I pairing the right vitamins with diet and exercise to lose weight?

I am taking Vitamin A, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, FlaxSeed Oil, iron, Cinnamon capsules, Green tea capsules, ginseng capsules, and Cayenne fruit capsules along with my daily exercise and diet regimen. Am I taking too much or even the right things? I am taking the dosages like the label suggests, but I have never really taken any supplements before, but diet and exercise have never worked with me before. I do suffer from anemia.

How do you incorporate flaxseeds into your diet?

I’ve been reading about the marvels of flaxseeds and flaxseed oil. I was just wondering how you use them in your diet.

What do they taste like? Do you mix them into things or do they have to be ground first?

Thanks!
