What kind of body shape does my sister have?

Author: She’s 5’6, 135 lbs, has a long torso, a long neck, wide shoulders, long slim arms, a flat stomach, narrow hips, a bubble but and slightly chunky thighs and calves (her term not mine). She’s 15 and trying to find flattering outfits.

I have the pear shaped body. What is the best diet for me?
It it the typical Mediterranean type body slim upper part and wider lower part. I have a very flat stomach but bigger hips and thighs than normal.. What are the best exercises and diet I should follow to shape down?

What kind of body shape do guys really prefer?
My dad keeps on saying that I have the worst body shape in the world.
I’m 13, 5′ 5”, 124 pounds (13% body fat!!), and my measurements are bust-32 waist-23.5 hips-36 and I’ve got a flat stomach.
MY DAD THINKS THAT GIRLS WHO LOOK LIKE STICKS AND HAVE REALLY REALLY SMALL HIPS ARE THE BEST.
I"M SICK OF HIM CALLING ME FAT
