What exercises are most effective towards weight loss?
I’m in my teens and I have a small amount of unwanted flab which I want to get rid of before summer. What sort of exercises would you say work fastest and most effectively towards weight loss?
Why is my body shaped this way?
I am 5"5′ and I weigh 121 pounds, but it seems like my body is all fat and flab. What is the best way to shape up and define my body without losing any more weight? My biggest concern is losing too much weight without any of it being fat

I’m 13, but as long as I can remember I’ve never gone pooping in a regular basis- probably since I was 7.
When I was 7, I was taking meds to help me poop more regularly but after a month after that it didn’t work and didn’t bother telling mom or dad about it. Now, I’m to embarrassed to tell them about it since I’ve realized it’s not normal.
I’ve stopped P.E. at school since about a year ago to I’m gaining weight and it’s not normal fat- on a normal person that’s getting fat, it’s all flab- I look like the beginning stages of pregnancy.
Also, if it helps any, sometimes I might poop 2 times a day, then last 3 or 4 days without pooping any natural food or exercises that I can do at home or so my parents won’t realize?
Suggestions for a solid diet to help be healthy and develop a six pack?
I’m not overweight. I weigh 145 pounds and am 5’7". I just want to find a good diet to live a healthy lifestyle, put on some muscle (not much; I have a lean figure), and lose the little bit of flab I have on my tummy. I really want my ab muscles to come through. I’m not looking for a quick fix, because I know there is none. Any diet plan recommendations? Some exercise tips would also be helpful. Thanks!

I want to lose my flab all over my body, get fit, and start leading a healthier lifestyle but i always end up cheating on my diet or cutting my exercise routine short. What can i do? Any exercises or tips wpuld be helpful. Please no diet pills though.
