What is the healthiest meat to consume on a diet?

Now that I’m on a diet, I haven’t been eating any meat other than chicken and fish (both made the healthy ways, of course). Are there other meats that can be just as healthy during the process of eating better and losing weight? I’m sort of afraid to consume any beef or pork products.

Does anybody have a diet that consists of only non processed foods?

I just found out I have cancer. It is only stage 2 and can be managed. However I am six months pregnant and can’t accept any treatment that is necessary at this time. Because of the pregnancy, my body produces extra estrogen which feeds cancer. I was told one of the main things that I could do is to change my diet to non processed foods. I am an avid pop drinker and have never really watched what I eat. I am looking for some good ideas to switch my diet. I really know nothing about non processed foods. Does this mean salad, fresh fruit, anything that’s not canned or boxed? Any information would help!!!
So far everything looks good!!! However I cannot tolerate fish. Is there a good vitamin or substitute that is still healthy? I have tried to eat fish. I grew up with a dad and grandparents who live to fish. I just can’t get it down…. The smell gags me before I even get it to my mouth….

I hate vegetables, most fruit and fish..What diet that is easy to follow could I start to lose weight?

I hate vegetables, fish, and most fruits. I usually eat fast food because I dont have alot of money to buy alot of foods for popular diets..what can I do diet wise that is cheap, easy to follow and doesnt contain alot of vegetables or fish?

What can I add to my diet to have a bowel movement?

I’ve changed my diet for the past 6mths I eat oatmeal with flax seed ground, and tea in mornings w/banana and then lunch either chicken of fish with veggies and iceburge lettuce and drink at least 6-8cups of water a day. But I still don’t have bowel movements once a day instead it’s 2-3days. So my question is what can I take or change in my diet to have bowel movements once a day.

What are the health benefits to eliminating red meat from my diet?

Right now I eat everything. Im 32 yrs old and I jog regularly. I’ve been thinking about eliminating red meat from my diet, but then I know I will eat a lot of fish and foul. Is there a big benefit to my health by eliminating veal, beef, and pork from my diet and substituting that for fish and fowl?
