Need to lose about 130 lbs, also hoping to get a little muscle, any ideas?

15 year old guy, 284 when last weighed, 5’10". Self-esteem problems. On medication, 2 anti-depressants and one mood stabilizer, heard the antis cause increased appetite, cause I’ve been eating a lot lately, being summer vacation and all.

I’ve basically spent the whole summer where I am now, just surfing the web. Feel horrible, have HBP, major depression, Asperger’s syndrome, probably high cholesterol, at risk for diabetes and probably other stuff I didn’t know about. House is stocked with crap, eat fast food probably about once a week, sometimes more. Anything I can do would be appreciated. Can’t ride a bike or rollerblade btw, too embarassed to learn at this age, won’t join Weight Watchers, ditto for a gym until I lose a little and would be able to do something. Also horrible at sports. Feels a little hopeless most of the time :(.
I said I would join a gym, just not straightaway. I might look into WW if its online, and i’m already seeing a therapist. It’s just a matter of motivation I guess.

Have the warnings about Fast Food and Pizza prompted you to diet?

Have the recent studies and evidence about the health risks associated with fast food and pizza, changed your eating habits? If so, beforehand, how often did you eat fast food in any one week? How often do you eat it now?, and are you planning to alter your diet anytime soon?

I need a good diet plan to decrease stomach fat and build muscle?

Ok, so I know about the muscle building section of getting abs but i want to know more about the diet part of it. Im assuming lots of water, more protein and less carbs? How are fruits and vegetables? All fast food is out. Could someone briefly organize what I need and how much to lose stomach fat? Is protein only for the muscle building part or does it help lose fat too?

What kind of diet works well with a busy schedule and little money?

I am a college student and I am on campus most of the time. What kind of diet would work well with eathing from candy machines and fast food places. By the way I am payign for my own school so i have little money.

How can I diet and eat right while working afternoons?

I work afternoons from 4pm to 12am so I dont get up early in the morning, there for I miss breakfast. I usually eat twice a day, one meal at work, and another when I get home at night. whats a good diet I can get on, what type of foods should I be eating, sometimes fast food is the only choice cause I dont always bring a lunch, so what can I eat that actually tastes good, I hate to eat foods that are just healthy but not enjoyable cause it only leaves me hungry for more. I plan on exercising as well.

What's the most effective way to lose weight without changing my diet?

I have an alright diet. It’s not great, but it’s not bad. I almost never have desserts, or anything like those. I have fast food maybe once a month, and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

But I’m about 20 or 30 pounds overweight, and I want to lose the extra fat without changing my diet.
