I almost have my ideal body; how can I get rid of my love handles and thighs?
If I could slim my "love handles" and thighs, I would be happy with my body shape. I know you cannot "target" weight loss, as I have heard this too often, but there has to be someway to slim those areas. What exercises are best? Or foods not to eat?
Can a teenager gets his body shape without free-weight training?
My Gym teacher told me that one of his students got a perfect body shape by only doing push-ups and sit-ups and other exercises, but he NEVER went to the weight room.
So, is it possible? If yes, then can you tell me how?

tips for getting into shape?
i havent done a decent work out in 2 years due to being pregnant and now last year during my second pregnancy i was in a car accident and my physical therapist didn’t want me doing anything more than walking til my back was healed more. Now i am at that stage in my therapy where i can do light workouts, but with my kids its hard to get to a gym or do a fitness tapes. Plus i used to do fitness tapes a lot before i had kids and they just dont seem to do the same anymore. So now i need advice on how to lose weight and tone my abs up. I lost weight with both my pregnancies but after having my daughter with my therapy, i gained 30 pounds. I still have a bad back and knees, what are some exercises i can do at home and some advice for following healthier eating habits, i have a bad habit of craving carbs especially when i am stressed.
and i don’t believe in taking diet pills, weight loss happens with making an effort not by swallowing a pill so no ads on free trial please.
Shaping my body from (short/wide/some muscle mass) to (long/slender/toned)?
I am now 16 years old and I want to find ways to shape my body as best as i can. I started to lift weights during 9th grade at 14-15 years old for about a year. Wanting to become a little bigger, i had gained much muscle mass. The results were obvious. During my sophomore year i had totally cut off my weight training and any kind of exercise. By the end of my sophomore year I had gained a lot of fat, my muscles started to become mushy and loose. Now I really do not see my body as healthy. Right now i would rather not gain much muscle mass, but I do want to lose weight, appear to be slimmer, possibly look taller through special exercises, and especially LOSE THIGH AND BELLY FAT. I just seem lost right now. Throughout my high school career so far, i had gone from 150 pounds to 205 pounds. My body is loosely muscles, mildly wide, and 5’7 tall. What should i do to get my dream slender looking body? (forgot to mention, my arms are huge for my height and age T.T)
How to lose weight with a "pear shaped" body?
Ok so here’s the deal. I have what many call a "pear shaped" body. This basically means that I have wider hips, but I also have some fat around my waist and stomach. What are some exercises I could do do to get rid of the fat in this targeted area?? Please be specific!!
