How can I get into "beach body shape" in about a week?

I’m going to Italy next Friday, and just wanted to know if there are any exercises that I can do everyday to get into perfect shape =]

I’m 15 if that helps, not overweight and I eat healthily, slim and curvy, I just want to tone up to feel confident in my bikini.

Also, if you have any exercises that speed up the growth of boobs or make them bigger, they’d be greatly appreciated lol.

Any Simple Weight Loss Tips For A 13 Year Old?

I know i shouldn’t be worried about losing weight at my age, but i’m just trying to lose a few pounds over the summer :).

I am starting soccer august 1st.
And I currently jog round the track early in the morning some days.
(I weigh 145)
Sadly, It doesn’t help very much.

Are There any simple weight loss tips anyone can give me?
Such as calorie intake per day or simple exercises to do around the house?

How do you lose weight in an extreme pear shape body?

Okay, I have a 21-22 inch waist. That’s pretty okay right?

And Guess what? I wear size 8/9 Jeans.

It’s extreme and really really icky. So… What exercises can I do to down of that huge jean size?

Cardio and resistance training for weight loss?

I’m a 27 year old female. I’d like to lose about 20-25 lbs and I’ve read that the best excerises for weight loss is a combination of cardio and resistance training. Is this true? I am a beginner, so which exercises would be the safest?

I have SEVERAL women health related issues..?

I have gained a lot of weight recently, due to working and taking night classes; thus not having time to exercises and eating fast food AND eating late every night. And…

* I have not gotten my period in 4 months.

* I feel like I have "hot flashes" because at random points I get very hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable (even when I am just sitting down).

* One of my breasts is extremely tender and hurts at the slightest pressure exerted on it (i.e. adjusting my bra, hugging someone, sleeping on my left side)

* I have been exercising A LOT and eating healthy for a couple of months now and still have not lost a SINGLE pound.

I am an 18 year old working student. I am not pregnant, I am not on birth control (or any other medication for that matter), and I am not sexually active.

I am very concerned about all of this.

Any help with these issues, including how they could be related would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I do not have health insurance, so I appreciate that people believe that I should go to the gynecologist but please bear in mind that I simply cannot at this time..

Weight loss tips from people who have lost a lot of weight?

I want to lose 30lbs i know that is a lot.. my goal is by 2011 any tips? is this a reasonable goal?
