Best moisturizer for skin?
Best moisturizer for skin?
I wanted to know what would be a good moisturiser for the face.I would like to apply it at nightime.I am in my 20s and have fairly dry skin would like to take care early on so that my skin stays healthy ,however I would not like to use the anti-aging or anti-wrinkle products this early.I sometimes have zits come up on my cheeks but not very severe.
Would a cream like Ponds,Niveia,Oil of Olay be fine for the face.Would they do any good?
Or should i try something lighter?
I appreciate your feedback!
My whole face skin peels off so flaky&itchy&rash too, no cream can help. What should i do?
My skin problem happened a month ago after I ran out of medication as I moved from Thailand to England. I used to apply L.A.G. cream on my face as my Thai doctor told me to. She refused to tell me its chemical name, only said there’s lots of ingredients. She told me I had dry skin problem and this medicine’ll help reduce the flakes. I was surprised cuz my skin didn’t look that bad at all but I believed her and used it.
I have no allergy record but my skin is peeling noticeably, worse than before I used the medicine. When i touch it, the flakes fall all over. I also feel the whole face is stretched all the time (the feeling on the face after u wash your face with strong soap). It’s also itchy and red all the time. Now, I start having red spots in the same area, too.
I didn’t use face wash product at all after this occured. I’ve tried various kinds of moisturisers e.g. water based, gel+cream based, green tea extract, or even those anti-aging with SPF 15. None helped.
Pls help!
Retin-A for anti-aging?
I am 27 and have VERY dry skin (e.g., I can use straight olive oil on my skin and not break out). My doc just prescribed Retin-A for anti-aging. Has anyone ever used it for this purpose? Could you tell a difference? Also, are you able to safely use it around your eye area?
Do you have any other anti-aging suggestions for use in conjunction with Retin-A?
Sorry, but you can’t use Botox to PREVENT wrinkles.
I’ve been using the .025% Retin-A every night for a week, without any irritation or redness.
What does knuckle and chin hair on a woman mean?
I read somewhere about stress and facial hair on women. If a woman is between the ages 20-35 and suffers from or is subjected to chronic stress and then suddenly starts growing hair on their knuckles and chin region. Is this change due to changes in the woman’s hormone levels and regulation of cortisone levels as a result of stress? What if the woman also suffers from conditions like very dry skin which improves slightly when she is on her menses and weight gain?
What do these symptoms indicate about what’s occurring to the woman’s health internally? Is she likely to go into menopause sooner than the age for it?
