Now that she has quit she is having trouble sleeping.
Does anyone have this experience and know of things that will help her sleep?
She has tried Sleepytime Extra Tea, Chamomile (of course) and she only want to take natural products as the drugs that the doctors keep putting her on have side effects that are very undesireable as well.
She is in school and needs to be able to keep up and not miss anymore classes; but she needs proper rest.

I would like a week long diet that I can follow that will create significant weight loss. I know most of the loss will be water weight but I need the jump start.

Any suggestions?

I was at a ballgame and a woman was talking about this new product called Spark..a drink for mental clarity and focus.She said studies had been done and it proved better for children than Ritalin or other drugs. I was trying to research it on the internet and cannot find the drink she is talking about. I found all other kinds of "spark" type drinks, but they were not suitable for children. Does anyone know of this drink? and where can I find info for it?

I am a 58 year old woman who has had to have an emergency hysterectomy because of endometrial cancer. They got it all and I am going to be okay. Now the night sweats are even worse than before the surgery. I wake up 3 to 4 times a night having to change my clothes. In the morning I wake up exhausted for lack of sleep. I have tried progesterone cream, black cohash, dong qui, vitamin E and most products out there. Progesterone cream does help some. I do try and stay away from caffeine and spicy foods. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. My doctor will not put me on any drugs or HRT because of the cancer. The doctor tells me to go the natural route and I am trying, but need some suggestions.

if you feel the need to answer me with anything along the lines of "don’t do drugs" or calling me a "dumbass", don’t bother. at this point i’m looking for tips, not criticism on my chosen life style…… I’m motivated, smart, successful, and nothing like the teenage boys they show in movies. in fact, i’m a 34 year old professional woman who enjoys a few puffs at the end of the day. so, moving on to my question…..

what is the best method or product to pass a drug test?

my current employer decided it was necessary for everyone to take one all of the sudden. I’ve been with this company for 6 years and didn’t see this coming. i’ve always been the model employee, but it has been made very clear that anyone yielding a positive result will be terminated.

a lot of people in my office smoke so my guess is the boss man heard some rumors of this and wanted to "weed" us out!

wow, "boogersniffer", thanks for your input. i can see you have answered quite a few people with similar questions….. i hope for your sake you GET A LIFE instead of wasting everyone’s time answering serious questions with verbal abuse.

he just told me to continue birth control pills until I want to get pregnant. He also said that I should try to have kids before age 25 or else it will be close to impossible. He didnt prescribe me any anti-androgen meds or and sugar meds (i’m not diabetic). Is this okay or should I see another endocrinologist? He literally just spoke to me and gave me a refferal to get a blood test.
I’ve already been to a gyno and last week she discovered the cysts on my ovaries. . .my thing is why didnt he put me on diabetic meds and give me antiandrogen drugs? and i dont wanna have to b on birth control for the rest of my life
