I am a teen and have small sags under my eyes. How do you get rid of them?

Author: I am a teenager, and I have small sags under both eyes. I think they might be due to contacts (stretching eyes putting them in) or sleeping late. It is also a bit dark under my eyes.
Does anyone know how to remove this? I don’t want an anti-aging cream, or anything for old women/men, because I don’t really have wrinkles, just a small sag/wrinkle under my eyes I want to remove. I want something for someone my age, easy to find at most drug stores, and something that will work.
Keep in mind: It’s just for under my eyes!

Sorry for the bad drawing, but the pictures online don’t really match my situation. The drawing looks much worse, than the actual condition, because it’s a drawing. But there IS a line like that under my eyes in that location. And it is slightly raised.
