I need online support for my diet and weight loss?
I’d like to join a free online community or group. I know there are tons of weight loss support sites and THOUSANDS of PAGES of groups on yahoo groups, but I’d like to find one that is free, for generic diet and fitness (i.e. not specifically for jenny craig/weight watchers members) and will actually communicate with each other. Preferably in my age group 18-35.

If we note that in young men with normal testosterone levels we don’t see prostate cancer why do seek to decrease testosterone? There are many natural products out there to balance hormone levels. Metagenics makes a product called Testralin for men and Estrofactors for Women I had high estrogen levels took Estrofactors for 1 1/2 years added DHEA 100mg a day and in 30 day had the estrodial drop to 270, adding testosterone dropped it to a perfect level.
As we get older between aging and diet which is stripping our bodies of its vitamins and minerals we need to supplement. Sometimes we need to megadose using a doctor that will test levels to get back to peak levels. Use a doctor that is willing to work with you and test your blood as you go. Realize that nothing happens overnight. It all takes time. I allowed 6months or so between blood tests for things to work. I cut back on the DHEA to once a week once I was balanced.
Is there an extreme muscle building/weight loss workout routine someone can hook me up with?
I work out about 3 days a week gettin ready to push it to 5 so I can lose about 50 lbs before August! I am getting married then and was wondering what would be an extreme diet/musclebuilding/weight loss routine to start on! Any help would be appreciated!!!
Perfect skin all through college- and now acne! why!?
Basically I had wonderful skin through high school and my first two years of college and all of a sudden, I started to get mild acne – something that has continued for over a year. I have no idea why- I havent switched face products and my diet hasnt change either– is there a reason this happens? is it common among women? thanks!!!
Not on the pill, wash my pillow case regularly and I dont believe it is exezema. My skin has become much more oily… you may be right about the hormonal thing.
Do ANY weight loss supplements actually work?
I am looking for something natural, that will give my weight loss a bit of a kick start. I am really urgently needing to lose some weight and I am worried that exercise and diet just aren’t enough to get me over that edge. Does anyone know any good reliable natural things I can take to give my body that extra boost it needs? I drink green tea now, anything else?
P.S. I know there is sooo much junk out there. I am not looking for a "magic pill".
Best books on science of muscle building and weight loss?
I want to get a really good understanding of muscle building and weight loss. I am looking for a few good reads on the subject. I am serious about losing weight and want to read up. Looking for books with pictures, info on the type of workouts and good diet plans. Also a book that explains how the body works, tips tricks, all that good stuff
