How long does it take to detox from Diet sodas?
I quit drinking diet sodas about a month ago. I had one today and wish I didn’t. Does anyone know how long it takes to get those icky toxins out of my body? I drink a lot of water and eat tons of fruit and veggies daily, egg whites, good proteins, etc.
How do diet sodas make you gain weight? Is it okay to drink diet sodas if…?
I heard that after drinking a diet soda it makes you want to eat more sugar and stuff. I love to drink diet sodas. I don’t give in to sugar and other foods even after drinking a lot of diet soda. Will I still gain weight? Are there any other ways that diet sodas make you gain weight?
I’ve had almost a gallon of diet dr pepper, and it’s only been a day! I’m addicted to soda. I usually don’t drink this much, but I do drink a lot!

How come my school only has diet sodas in the vending machines?
It’s ridiculous that they only have diet sodas in the vending machines. I mean, I don’t drink soda very much anyway because water is better for you. But many people buy soda every day and it’s always diet or zero or something like that. the only non diet stuff is fruit juice and water. Diet soda is actually worse for you than regular soda because the sugar substitute can cause cancer and other diseases. So why do you think they provide all diet soda?

How does 0 calories per serving of diet pop cause your caloric intake to rise?
Diet sodas have ZERO calories per serving and yet they tell you to cut it out of your diet? I understand water it the best beverage for you but one may yearn for some flavor or treat now and then. Also, there are 0 calories a service but the can says "a low calorie beverage", what is up with that?
