What are my alternatives to yogurt as a daily part of my diet?

I try real hard to eat right, and I am in good physical shape, but there is always room for improvement. It has been said over and over in different settings that yogurt should be a daily part of your diet. Problem, I can’t stand the taste. What are the alternatives to yogurt in my diet? I don’t have any other problems with dairy products, it just me and yogurt, I can’t get past the taste.

Dieting tips???????? For women?

I am 21 I am 5’9 1/2 and weigh about 150 I really want to down to 130-135 it is my perfect weight, I was 130-135 all through high school, because I am really tall you cannot tell I gained weight at all accept my butt and thighs are bigger, and I have cellulite on my thighs. Overall I like my body but I want to loose that extra 20-25 pounds on my butt. Do any women have and tips or tricks of the trade that work for them. I have been walking and jogging I am a vegetarian and don’t consume many dairy products, and I drink water religiously. I understand that I must be healthy in my goal of loosing weight. Understand that because I am 5’9 five pounds looks different on me. I know it seems like I want to loose a lot but I am VERY VERY hour glass shaped and I need my bottom half back to its normal size.

I don’t need some guru advice just some women’s story’s and what worked for them. My mom told me to drink a teaspoon of vinegar before or after every mean. It sounds like it could have some benefit in helping the digestion process.

I really don’t want to take diet pills, but if anyone tried any non-direhia, non-caffine ones that make your heart feel like its pumping out of your chest, I will take a look lol.

I’d say I can loose weight fairly easily I was 160 last summer and went down to 150 just because I am so active in the summer. However I didn’t do anything special and I want to be 130 by the end of may or early june (bikini season)…

also if you have any advise for cellulite that is welcome as well.

Why am i allergic to fruit all of a sudden?

Just after i began recieving that monthly gift that women get, i was suddenly intolerant to all fruit and dairy products. Is this weird? I have had seasonal allergies all my life, but never a problem with food. What could this be? Hormones? Something else?

Do iron supplements have a downside or side affect?

I was wondering if Iron supplements such as iron tablets (ferrous fumate) had a side affect. My friend takes one daily because last year she became iron deficient anemic. Her doctor has told her to take them daily as she doesn’t eat much iron-rich food (meat, eggs, dairy products etc.) and as with menstruating women we are more susceptible to iron deficiency anemia due to the blood lost during our periods.

What do dairy products have to do with women's body parts? like y is it to important to women??

like someone told me that women need to take a lot of dairy foods because its good for all the "womanly things" you know like the parts and stuff..so im just curious why is it?? like i heard if u put sour cream on your breasts theyll grow/get more bigger. is this true?? im jus wondering…
