I Am Worried About This, Because I Am On Seasonique, I Havent Been On It Long, Just A Month Now, But After Reading This, I Dont Think Ill Be Taking It Anymore.

I am sure most of you have a daughter, a granddaughter, a niece, a friend or a friend’s daughter… this might be worth checking out. PASS THIS ON EVEN IF YOU DON’T USE IT!!

Recently, this past week, my cousin Nicole Dishuk (age 31… a newly graduated student with a doctoral degree about to start her new career as a Doctor…) was flown into a nearby hospital, because she passed out. They found a blood clot in her neck, and immediately took her by helicopter to the ER to operate. By the time they removed the right half of her skull to relieve the pressure on her brain, the clot had spread to her brain causing severe damage. Since last Wednesday night, she was fighting for her life. They induced her into a coma to stop the blood flow and then operated 3 times.

Finally, they said there was nothing left that they could do. Multiple clots in the left side of her brain were found, the swelling wouldn’t stop and she was on the life support. She died at 4:30 that day. She leaves behind her husband, a 2-year old, Brandon and a 4-year old, Justin.

The CAUSE of DEATH they found was a birth control she was taking that allows you to only have your period 3 times a year. Doctors said it interrupts life’s menstrual cycle, and although it is FDA approved… it shouldn’t be. So to the women in my address book, I ask you to boycott this product and deal with your periods once a month, so you can live the rest of the months that life has in store for you.

Please send this to every woman you know – you may save someone’s life. Remember you have a cycle for a reason.

FYI: The name of this new birth control is Lybrel. If you go to Lybrel.com you will find a least 26 pages of information regarding this drug. The second birth control is Seasonique. If you go to Seasonique.com you will find at least 43 pages of information regarding this drug. The warning and side effects regarding both pills are horrible.

So my cousin told me about L-carnitine… I wanna know if has worked for people and how fast?
In the last year I gained about 10lbs. I’ve gone to the gym a few times, just did the bicycle & treadmill.
Basically in the last yr. I just gained weight from my stomach. I weighed about 98lbs before & I’m 5’0 tall.
Any advice on what could help me loose the fat, such as other sort of products? How about Hydroxy cut?

I have a cousin who has been suffering from severe depression for many years. We ar both the same age in our (50′s) and depression runs in our family. But the mediciations seems to work good for me. and not for her. She has taken just about every kind of anti-depressant on the market. They may help her for a while and then they she just slips back into the real severe depressed state. She wants to be alone. Does not want to go out and does not want to even talk on the phone when she is bad off.

Her doctor has recommended ECT as a last resort. But, we are trying to find her some alternative treatment. Surely in this day and age their must be thearpy or treatments that are less invasive? What other options does she have. Please do not respond to this unless you are a professional in the medical field. She has tons of counseling. She need medical help!

About two months ago out of the blue( I sustained no previous injury ) I was stricken with severe neck pain on the right side of my neck and it was constant, from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed. As the pain worsened I started having panic attacks almost everyday until ultimately the pain started to move around. From the right side of my neck to the left side of my neck the pain then traveled to different parts of my head, from the base of my neck to the sides of my head, temples, eyes….it was about two weeks before I received my first medication which was Hydroxyzpam I believe, an anti-anxiety for the panic attacks which helped calm me down but did nothing for the pain….after some days I started to notice that my eyes were being affected by the whole ordeal as my eyesight started to change, I started to see spots, light seemes to stick longer, and though I cannot fully explain, being in light or dark rooms completely affects how I see nowadays….about two more weeks later I was given new forms of medication, Flexaril and Vacadin, the Flexaril seemed to help for a couple of days but as I grew accustomed to taking them they soon stopped working all together…I eventually stopped taking them to work them out of my system so the effects would be that much stronger the next time around, this was in vain, the vicadin on the other hand did nothing….its been about three weeks now and although the pain is subsiding in a way, (it doesnt seem as frequent), when I sit it doesnt seem as bad as when I stand, Im feeling stiffness in absence of pain, as I type this its hard to move my head from side to side…Im also experiencing some kind of vertigo, simply from movng round the house I sometimes feel as though Im going to fall over….my greatest fear is that I have an anuerysm at the age of 20, years ago I lost a cousin at the age of 19 to one….I just need some answers, alot of information can be found on the internet but mostly in pieces, its maddening people…

I recently started going to counselling and they want to do medication evaluation and that’s the only thing I need pa rental permission for. I live with my cousin and she’s 100% against medicating kids, although I am 16 and will be 17 in 3 months.
My mom has bipolar and is on medication and alot of people on my family have been on anti depressants so it’s kind of a family thing.
They want to get me tested to see it i need anti depressants and sleep medication because it takes me 3 or 4 hours to go to sleep part of the time.
My cousin doesn’t want me to have to go through them testing me for different medications to see what works at my age but isn’t it kind of better to find out what medications work at my age so that then I don’t have to go through that as an adult when I have more responsibilities to uphold and since depression occurs multiple times usually shouldn’t I find out now what works for me.
what should i do? how can I get my cousin to say yes?
