Is a diet that consists entirely of donuts healthy?
For the past 3 years I’ve been eating a diet that consists entirely of donuts. I eat a variety of donuts mind you – glazed, sprinkled, cream filled, chocolate, etc – but every single meal is donuts. Do you guys think this is healthy?
What are the directions of the chocolate diet?
Wat are the steps to the chocolate diet and what body areas does it affect?
What are some good ways of trying to eliminate sweets from your diet?
I am really trying to eliminate all chocolate and candy from my diet, because I know it’ll have negative effects on me in the future. I’m not overweight or anything, so the goal is not to lose weight, but rather eliminate the need to have something sweet after every meal. Can anyone give me a few tips to become less addicted to sweet and sugary foods? Thanks in advance!
If you guys would even bother to read it carefully, I am NOT looking to lose weight. So, those answers are useless.
I am outraged at Special K sponsorship. What would you rather have for breakfast? Special K or Pizza?
I am completely outraged at the marketing of Special K as a fitness and weightloss product. And women love it! They eat it by the tons!
My problem is the following:
354 calories per 100 grams, no protein, no fiber, what it DOES have is sugar! 29%! That’s three times as much as soda, and 4% more than chocolate!
So what would you rather eat for breakfast? The above? Or pizza, which is almost the same amount of calories, but full of vitamins, minerals and protein?
Does anyone know what could be the cause of bad bloating after eating?
It seems that each time after I eat, whether a small meal or a large one, I am always bloated. I think it is even worse after sugary foods like chocolate or cupcakes, which I rarely eat. I am really tired of it, I look like I am in the first stages of pregnancy after I eat. It lasts for a while and I usually have stomach cramps with it.
