How can I shape my body when I have a problem?
It’s hard to say this but I have irritable bowel syndrome. I can’t eat anything green that’s uncooked (like my favortie thing in the whole world, salad) without getting sick. I’ve started running but I also have trouble eating. I have a big stomach (metaphorically) and used to having a metabolism, so I eat a lot. I hate having to do the "oh there is too many carbs in that" thing and I refuse to say it. I am an eater and proud of it but I want to be able to shape my body. I’m already doing crunches to shape my stomach but I want to fix my thigh problem. Anyone please help!!!!
no, the IBS is shooting me to the hospital. I just have to be careful of what I eat, I get well, I guess you can say a very bad stool.
Difference between protein powder for muscle gain or weight loss?
Or are they all intended to increase muscle mass? I found one that is 140 calories, 2g carbs, would this be good for weight loss?
My goal is to lose weight.
How bad are bananas for weight loss?
I am on a diet to lose weight and I usually stay away from bananas because Ive heard they are not a good fruit for weight loss, mainly because of the high carb content. I usually take a glass of non fat milk daily and today I made a milkshake with a banana and a glass of milk, no sugar. Its only about 200 calories, but had about 45 carbs. Is this bad for weight loss?
I eat about 1400 calories a day and do an hour of cardio daily.
Do you think I am overweight? What else can i do to jump-start my weight-loss plan?
I am 25 years old and I weigh 190lbs. I just recently started doing the Tae-bo aerobics on youtube. My goal is 167lbs. Do you think I am overweight? I am doing the aerobics 5 times a week and trying to eat healthy without too much carbs. What else can I do to lose weight? Any suggestions on what I should add to my diet that would help with weight loss?
Does anyone know any good weight loss programs that are good for diabetics?
A friend of mine is interested in starting a weight-loss program, but is type 2 diabeties. She cannot handle any sugars whatsoever, and has to limit herself to VERY few carbs. With this being said, does any know, preferebly from experience, any good weightloss programs for diabetics? Something where the food can be ordered, such as NutriSystem, where you don’t have to go to the place to participate. Thanks in advanced~~! Links would be much appreciated,
What nutritional info should I be looking for on lables during a diet? What should I eat and not eat?
I am a 33 year old male. 6ft & 275lbs. I have a very large build so my ideal weight is around 200lbs not the 185lbs that you will find on most charts. I have started a diet. I am a little confused about what I am trying to avoid to get the best results from my diet. Calories, Calories from fat, carbs….. ? I have for the last week been looking only at the total calories in food and limiting my caloric intake to 800 to 1000 a day. Plus drinking massive amounts of water. I have lost 12 pounds. I do not know if it is ok to eat apples, bananas, oranges and such. I keep getting different answers. What I really need is to sit down with a nutritional consultant but there are not any in my area. Does anyone have any advice or know of a nutritional consultant that can contacted by phone? A web site? I am willing to pay for a service of this kind.
