Weight loss itself or the protein and carbs difference gets the 6 pack abs results?

I notice that when my weight gets lowered the abs look better. However, I hear stories about carbs and proteins….it all gets too technical. Is it all about the technical(carbs and proteins) or the overall in general (weight loss) when it comes to having a great body?

Is it ok to have unsweetened almond milk on a weight loss diet?

I normally have fat free milk which is about 90 calories a cup, 13g carbs and 0g fat. I recently tried un sweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, 40 calories a cup, 2g carbs, 3g fat. It tastes really good too! I was wondering if I can have a cup of it per day on my diet…is taking 3g of fat from this a bad idea? How many grams of fat per day are you supposed to eat on a weight loss diet?

How can I maximize weight loss on atkins?

I know that eating little or no carbs with exercise is the basis of the program, but will eating certain foods give a boost in weight loss? I heard that eating foods high in fat like mayo and avacado can help. Please let me know.

Why has my weight loss leveled after week 3+ of the Atkins Diet?

I’ve done the atkins diet before with good results. Now i decided to get back to it & have been very good for the past 3+ weeks. I limit myself to <20 carbs on avg & never cheat.

I noticed that my weight loss has leveled off. Is this normal? I’m still in a very dark stage of Ketosis according to the urine strips.

Any suggestions?

i am age 12 and i am not satisfied with my body. i i am about 5 feet and 3-4 inches, and weigh 105 pounds. now, i play tennis about everyday, so i am very active. i want to lose my fat and gain muscle..and diet plans that have helped anyone? also, i dont know understand alot about carbs and proteins, i look online but its a bit complicated. anyone willing to say how many calories or carbs should i eat a day???please, nobody tell me i dont need to lose weight. i am not doing this cause of my appearance in the mirror, i am doing this for my sport. so typically my questions are:

how many calories/carbs should i eat a day?
how many times should i work out a day and how long?
any websites that helped anyone?
