I am 17 and 5ft in height. weight 56
I look fair…but my body isn’t in shape….And am not much height for my age.
What workout I need to do to get slim hips and butts and how many hours should I have to work in a day ?

I know this girl who has a flat butt and, she wants to change that. She wants one of those butts that stick out and, look good in a tight pair of pants as well as other articles of clothing such as a bikini.

Anyways, is there any exercises she can do to make her butt larger?

I’ve never been able to figure this out.. Women claim all the time that they dont like it when guys just look at their breasts or their butts or look at them as a sex object. But then they go out in short, tight, outfits with high heels and their breasts sticking out of their shirts…

If women dont want guys looking at them like that, then dont dress like that. And don’t give me the "I’m doing it for myself" bullcrap! Everyone has eyes! You go

I mean, usually their butts are just like every other woman’s, and a large butt on an otherwise slender woman isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
