Every morning I look into my closet, and I say to myself "I have NOTHING to wear!". Most of my peices are random separates that I buy on sale at trendy stores like FOREVER 21 or Rave. Those stores have their place in every young woman’s wardrobe, but I needs some seriously stylish clothes that scream "confidence", "maturity", "sexy"! Is anyone else in the same boat? What suggestions would you have for me? Please, bare in mind that I’m on a budget! Your answers are greatly appreciated!

I’m not a vegetarian, but with rising prices everywhere, I have had to cut down on the grocery shopping budget. Unfortunately, that means cutting down on the amount of meat I eat. What are some ways of getting the protein I need in my diet?

I am 28 and recently, seems like over night, literally, my hands are looking far older than I am. Id go as far as saying they look like they belong to a 60 or 70 year old. Coincidently it happened when I started using this anti aging product on my hands. I have read about home made chemical hand peels and how to make them. If you have experience with them or with spa microdermbrasion treatments, I would be very interested with your results especially since its not exactly in the budget but I will if need be. Any other info on seriously aged hands and reversing the problem will be so appreciated.

I was looking into the okinawa diet, the warrior diet, v-diet ect. I am a college student and i can cook my own meals but i have a budget of about 30 dollars a week for food. Can anyone reccommend the best diet plan for this, and also give some examples of what to buy at the grocery store? also just fyi, im 6’5" 230 pounds with about 12 percent body fat and work out 6 days a week on average an hour a day.

A female friend of mine stated that she recently had surgery, and asked if I could take her to the hospital. Of course I said no problem, and when I asked what type of surgery, she stated that she’d rather not say. What type of female surgery might a woman be hesitant to reveal to a close friend? I know it’s not a hysterectomy because she is planning to have more children.
Also, she has had other outpatient surgeries in the past, that she voluntarily told me about, which is the only reason I felt comfortable asking about this one.
I’m pretty sure it’s not plastic surgery. :)
She’s going through financial transition right now, and I don’t think plastic surgery would be in her budget. But I’ll keep my eyes open. :)
