What do you think of an hourglass figure for a woman?

1. Do you think it’s the most attractive body shape a woman can have?

2. Is an hourglass figure really the "natural" way women’s bodies look? Because if that’s true…why are hourglass figures relatively uncommon compared to the other shapes?

3. Are most women with hourglass figures considered "plus-sized"? (large breasts, curves, wide hips) Or can hourglass figures be really anyone–from slender to average to overweight?

Can anyone advise how to choose the right mattress to suit your body?

I bought a 5 zone latex rubber mattress, and cause me a pain.
The mattress doesn’t feel the same as i felt at the display mattress. Is it because there is a "transition" for the mattress to get soft or get into your body shape.? I have used it for 20 days for now.

What is wrong with my body shape?

Im 5 foot 10-11 ish, and i have a rectangular body shape. I don’t think im fat but upper back is really weird, it’s like i have natural cupcakes. Really there are two little lumps around the back of my hips but then it goes back to the size of my waist. Is that where your obliques are? Or is there any way i can tone my upper back or get rid of that? Thanks.

well,my height is 5′5" with large body frame and my measurements are 38-31-43.so what is my body shape according with my measurements?would u consider me fat?or healthy?

What is the best way to exercise that will tone all parts of my body?

Apparently 75% of women in my locality feel fat. Do you feel fat?

I was just reading my local paper today and a study, commissioned by a "natural healthcare company" which promote a weight loss product, had some staggering results:

* Almost half said they feel self conscious [about their weight]
* 9 out of 10 women admit to having "fat days"
* 53% said they are uncomfortable being seen naked in front of their partners and 49% say they are uncomfortable undressing in a communal changing room because of their body shape
* Only 25% believed they are the perfect weight, 75% believing they are overweight. 77% of those blame lack of exercise and poor diet for being overweight
* 59% believe slim women tend to succeed more in both their personal and professional life
* 4 out of 10 say they diet constantly
* 81% said the ideal dress size is between 10 and 12

What do you think about this? Do you think it’s an accurate reflection of women’s opinion in general? And most importantly, do you think that these women are not overweight (defined as "more body fat than is optimally healthy") but are made to feel that way by our culture?

How do i get a more manly body shape?

Im 13 and i have a body shape of a woman. I used to be really fat but after 6 months of extreme dieting and exercise im quite thin now….a little bit chubby but not really noticeable.

My body is quite curvy…like that of a woman. How do i get rid of it? My legs and arms are really…really thin…quite anorexic.
And im pretty tall to. My thigs are big…I just have a little bit of fat on my stomach…thats it.

How do i get rid of it? Should i exercise and diet and continue losing fat until all my fat is gone? Then will my body shape become more manly? Or should i cut down on the dieting and start eating lots of meat and protein and exercise?If its not any of that…what should it do?? Pls help
