Can you diagnose my problem?

After the birth of my first child I began having strange, seemingly unrelated symptoms. First, I became extremely fatigued which I didn’t think much of because I was exhausted throughout my pregnancy. The fatigue continued and I assumed it was because I was still breastfeeding. Eventually, I asked my docter and they began doing bloodwork to figure out what was going on.

It turns out my alkaline phosphate was high. After checking a few more times, months apart, it remained higher than the usual. They finally detected (a year later) that the increased alk phos was coming from the bone. However I could not get a nuclear bone scan because of the radiation and on account that I was still breastfeeding.

I switched doctor’s and a new one suggested that I start taking more vitamin D and calcium supplements. Which I did religiously for several months before getting checked again. My fatigue went away and when I got the blood results from this consequent test, it revealed my alk phos had finally went down to normal levels. Yet my vitamin d was extremely low. (Did I mention that I’d been taking 250% of the daily amount every day.)

I am only 27 years old and this came as quite a shock to me as my mother just got diagnosed with the beginning stages of osteoperosis. Anyways, I got put on a regime of 50,000 iu’s of vitamin d a week. Plus I still take my daily dose of d and calcium along with my daily multivitamin.

My next symptom is plain old irritability. I have no patience and a very short temper all of a sudden. I don’t know what is wrong with me. I am generally very easy-going and this is quite a change in my personality. I do not like it.

In addition, I went on a diet and lost weight (45 lbs) in the middle of all this, but lost it too easily I think. So, I guess you could add weight loss to the list.

Finally, today i went to the doctor’s for a sinus infection and my blood pressure was low 100/50 (or close to it). Strange because, my blood pressure has always been normal (120/80).

Doctor’s don’t seem to think anything of any of the symptoms as single events, or in relation to each other. I think I need to change physicians again in any rate. Although the symptoms seem unrelated, they may be trying to tell me something. Something isn’t right with my body and I know it.

Oh, and I do not have hep c or any std’s, so that’s out of the question. And I’m not a hypochondriac. If anyone has any ideas what could be wrong with me please let me know!!! Thanks!!!
A psychologist? Umm no. I really don’t think so. I’m kind of freaked out. I’ve been dizzy and disoriented the last few days too. I can’t concentrate either. I think something is seriously wrong with me. I did some research and i’m looking into problems with my thyroid, Pagent’s disease, and Addison’s disease . If anyone has any other (serious) suggestions please let me know!!!

How can I find a "Free" diet plan on the web to help lower my Cholesterol and is also low sodium?

I have several health problems and need to lower my Cholesterol and Blood Pressure. I would like to know a good diet plan that will help me with this.

is it common for children to experience orgasms, and how can this affect life later on?

First I should clarify that I am a male and that everything I talk about in this question is true. Ever since I can remember I’ve been able to simulate orgasm. I’m not sure how I came across it the first time or how old I was (probably between 5 and 7 tho), but I do remember laying on my stomach and kind of moving around and applying pressure to my private parts against the floor (I have no idea if I had anything sexual on my mind, especially this first time) and working up an intense feeling until a certain blood pressure or something was achieved and I experienced “a very pleasurable feeling” (No erection involved, no touching of genitals). I remember repeating this occasionally simply because it felt good and I didn’t know any better, no idea if it was monthly, weekly, daily. I don’t know if this was actually an orgasm because it’s actually kind of hard to remember that far. Also I don’t think any semen was involved until I was able to masturbate the conventional way. However, if I was to use this technique today I would be able to experience orgasm and semen, so I have to believe that the “very pleasurable feeling” I use to have was actually an orgasm (I know this probably sounds really really crazy for a 5-7 yr old). I do remember my mom watching me do this once (I didn’t have to be naked to do this) when I was little and I basically told her it felt good. She just told me to do it in private and I don’t think she realized I was experiencing “orgasms”. I actually refuse to let myself masturbate in this way now because I’m worried about sexual health problems (erectile dysfunction, possible varicose veins). That’s part of the reason I’m asking this question, and there are also psychological problems I’m worried about (I’ve been addicted to porn at times and anti-social at times, especially with girls, and women now). I am currently college age and I guess the reason I’m asking this question is because I’ve read other similar questions but they usually don’t talk about actual orgasms at this age or masturbation without an erection, and I’m just wondering if anyone knows any information on this or if I should seek guidance. I’m looking for experts or just someone who has firsthand knowledge, but anyone can answer this question. Please no jokesters. Thanks
Sorry about the lengthy explanation

IF YOUR A DOCTOR PLEASE READ?

I’m a 20 year old white female that is 5’3 inches tall and 100 lbs. When I was 4 years old I had what doctors believed to be seizures. I would pass out and my arms and legs would violently convulse. I was given an EEG and multiple CAT scans and put on a hefty dose of anti-seizure medications until my mother and the doctors felt that by age 8 that I no longer needed the medicine. And after stopping the meds, the seizures didn’t return Until age 16 when one day I was outside washing my car and I felt as though I was going to pass out. My vision was blurry and my heart was racing, sweat instantly drenched my whole body and I passed out. My boyfriend at the time said that I had seized up my neck and my jaw locked. I immediately went back to the hospital and received more tests and medication, but nothing has helped, and no one knows what’s wrong with me and I continue to have these “seizures”. I went from a happy 12-15 year old girl at 5’2 in height and 135 in weight to a 20 year old that has what only “Look” to be like random seizures, has lost 35 lbs and is plagued by extreme fatigue daily. Doctors say that I do not have epilepsy, that my heart is in good condition and I maintain good blood pressure, there was no sign of tumors on the scans and they believe I am relatively healthy, although they cannot explain my weight loss, fatigue and seizures. If these symptom’s even matter: I’ve also had chronic upset stomach every morning since I was 4 years old which prevents me from holding down breakfast for at least 3 hours after I wake up, if I stand on my feet to long my legs turn purple where it looks like the blood is having a hard time recirculating up to my heart, weather affects me too, even at 70 degree’s my fingers and toes often become white with lack of blood. And the newest most disturbing symptom is goose pimples from the cold (I live in FL) that pop up on the tops of my thighs and on my fore arms and are actually painful. The only way to make them go down is to sit in the sun or put warm water on them. If anyone has any information, PLEASE help me.

Doctor believes that i may have angina, information please?

i came back from the doctor today. another ekg, which came out fine. My blood pressure was high, 180 over 91, which went up from 134 over seventy something i believe.

He told me that he thinks it may be angina, but because of my age, he wants to try me on anti inflamatory medications to see if it is just costochondritis. I have a follow up in a week, and if i still have the chest pain then he believes it will be angina.

Is this serious? information about it would be helpful. and if it turns out that he’s right and i do have angina, does that mean i have coronary heart disease? what is the prognosis of that?
Also, i did an ekg. wouldnt this show this? or would other tests show it?
