I have tried to do some research on this product and i came across something that said it is for women over the age of 18, does this mean younger women cannnot take these birth control pills??

Lybrel, a name meant to evoke "liberty," would be the fourth new oral contraceptive that doesn’t follow the standard schedule of 21 daily active pills, followed by seven sugar pills — a design meant to mimic a woman’s monthly cycle.
Okay so on 11/20 i had unprotected sex, then the next day I took the morning after pill,?
then last Friday, I started a regular pack of beyaz birth control, about 3 days into the pack of beyaz I started vomiting, and then today I vomited again and have been having diarrhea on and off. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and another one today and they are both negative. They say in the beginning stages of pregnancy your hormones increase rapidly so I am guessing if I got pregnant when I had sex 3 weeks ago a test should already be able to detect it? Are these side effects from the birth control? I havent been on the birth control pill since like 2008, so maybe I am not handling it like I used to, not to mention Beyaz is a new pill.
Will the birth control pill worsen anxiety and depression symptoms I've been having?
I suffer from OCD and depression. Will going on birth control make this worse or better? You see, my life has been a living hell: I graduated college last May in graphic design and have a job that’s only seasonal, I only work from April till November at Six Flags as an assistant manager doing airbrush art, so I’ve been stuck looking for a better paying job, full time in graphic design for the past three months when my current jobs closed for the winter. I’ve gotten to the interview stage in some instances, however, no luck. I even followed up and did just fine in the interviews, so that must make me a bad person for some odd reason since I didn’t get the jobs. I’m also starting my own biz with my friend. I still live at home with parents who help me out–but that makes me feel like a total loser since I still need help. I’ve been saving moneys like crazy. My college degree is a piece of sh*t, so I burnt it since I haven’t gotten my dream job yet.
So because of me being temporarily out of commission, my anxiety attacks have gotten worse–this is seriously having a negative impact on me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend complains to me cause I can’t slow down in life and have fun. Since I’m dating and we want to have sex in the near future, I’m going on the birth control pill. I’m on Lexapro antidepressant now and the people at planned parenthood said there shouldn’t be any interaction while taking the pill, but I’m still nervous that it won’t fully protect me against pregnancy cause I read in the pamphlet how it can lose effectiveness if taken with certain meds that are used to treat mental illness. I’m starting the pill this Sunday, so will it make my anxiety I’ve been having about my life worse, or will it actually help? I wonder if I’ll get mood swings? I’m sick of my boyfriend complaining to me about being a total nutcase, so I’m hoping that being on the birth control pill will actually benefit and reduce my anxiety symptoms?
On birth control, but didn't use a condom every time we had intercourse?
My boyfriend and I had sex about a week ago. I’ve been taking the birth control pill for a year. I only missed the pill for a week (during the placebo pills) because of a surgery. My period came early because of surgery and lasted longer than normal, which the birth control helped control. The surgery happened January 29 2010. I’ve almost done with the last week (placebo pills) of the pack I started afterwards. Does the fact that I missed the placebo pills matter?
We had sex a few times and didn’t use the condom all the time and he finished inside. I’ve been taking my pills for 3 solid weeks and am on the placebo pills now. We got a little nervous after we had sex and agreed to get the morning after pill just in case. I haven’t stopped or missed anypills for a month, and I took the bc pills in addition to the morning after pill and we purchased the pill within 24 hours. Less than 24 hours actually.
How likely would it be to be pregnant?
Or is my system just a little thrown off from when I had surgery? Or is it from the morning after pill??
We are both in the early stages of college and currently in a long distance relationship. I lost my virginity to him, and we both are clear of any diseases. We are young, and have been together for some time now and the long distance relationship. We see eachother every couple months for 3 days at least. Like I said we are both clear of any infections or diseases, and we know that with sex there is always the possibility of pregnancy. We’ve sat down and talked about the possibility of pregnancy. If it were to happen we would stay together and work through it, and we’d find a way to make it work if it happened. Although we would prefer for it not to happen yet, we at least have a plan just in case.
I know everyone will say the only way to prevent it is to not have sex, but we do, and will. Only a couple times every 2-3 months. We both also know people will say why risk it or go through that when we’re at our age, and whatever else they may say, but long story short we are crazy in love with eachother and like soulmates. We have a plan to move in together and eventually get married, so we are truly committed to eachother.
If I’ve been taking the birth control correctly and we had unprotected sex and he finished inside, then took the morning after pill within 24 hours of having sex, what are the chances of pregnancy??
Health care professionals: Is the period suppression pill really safe for women?
It just seems so unnatural to me. For years we thought that hormones were safe for post-menopausal women, and then we discovered they were not. Are we sure we should be messing with our hormones so much?
This is in reference to the newly approved birth control pill Lybrel…
