Who has it better: a glamorous woman or a very handsome man?

I have read that if a person is very attractive more people want to be their friend and more people want to hire them for good jobs. Also if someone is very attractive, most people will give them the matter of the doubt and defer to them. Finally people are more likely to defer to very attractive person and agree with what they have to say.

Being very attractive phyically is a great benefit. But I wonder if it is better to be a real attractive women or handsome man. Who has it better in today’s society?

Do you think adding Lithium (orotate/aspratate) to the water supply would be beneficial to mankind?

I read a study that claimed lithium orotate and aspartate taken, in low doses, over a period of 4 weeks increased brain matter by 3%; 20 – 30mg daily could slow brain aging. Parts of the world where higher doeses of lithium was naturally found in the water had lower crime rates and less mental disorders. Do you think if we purposely added lithium into the water supply it would be beneficial to future generations? Or do you think it’s more of a risk than a benefit? Imagine twenty years from now, would that generation be happier, smarter, and healthier? I think some countries would oppose the idea because they want to keep their citizens dumb and easy to control. Another conflict is that lithium can be toxic in very high doeses, so would you trust your government to deliver the correct amount into the water supply? Flax-seed oil is used as an anti-toxin, so should that be a free/cheap rescource in every home? To imagine a healthier future starts with something so small.

On an early episode of Biggest Loser one of the coaches made a woman eat only salmon for several days. Why?

This woman really liked salmon before she had to eat only salmon for several days (or weeks?) I’m a salmon lover too and overweight and wondering what the benefit and strategy was that the coach was aiming for. Anybody know?

Dieting tips???????? For women?

I am 21 I am 5’9 1/2 and weigh about 150 I really want to down to 130-135 it is my perfect weight, I was 130-135 all through high school, because I am really tall you cannot tell I gained weight at all accept my butt and thighs are bigger, and I have cellulite on my thighs. Overall I like my body but I want to loose that extra 20-25 pounds on my butt. Do any women have and tips or tricks of the trade that work for them. I have been walking and jogging I am a vegetarian and don’t consume many dairy products, and I drink water religiously. I understand that I must be healthy in my goal of loosing weight. Understand that because I am 5’9 five pounds looks different on me. I know it seems like I want to loose a lot but I am VERY VERY hour glass shaped and I need my bottom half back to its normal size.

I don’t need some guru advice just some women’s story’s and what worked for them. My mom told me to drink a teaspoon of vinegar before or after every mean. It sounds like it could have some benefit in helping the digestion process.

I really don’t want to take diet pills, but if anyone tried any non-direhia, non-caffine ones that make your heart feel like its pumping out of your chest, I will take a look lol.

I’d say I can loose weight fairly easily I was 160 last summer and went down to 150 just because I am so active in the summer. However I didn’t do anything special and I want to be 130 by the end of may or early june (bikini season)…

also if you have any advise for cellulite that is welcome as well.

What are the health benefits to eliminating red meat from my diet?

Right now I eat everything. Im 32 yrs old and I jog regularly. I’ve been thinking about eliminating red meat from my diet, but then I know I will eat a lot of fish and foul. Is there a big benefit to my health by eliminating veal, beef, and pork from my diet and substituting that for fish and fowl?
