Do Teenage Girls Already Have Their Adult Body Shape?
I’m 14 and I was wondering if I would already have an adult body shape e.g. pear, apple, hourglass, banana. Is it too early to determine my actual body shape, because my body is still growing? Or do I already have my adult body shape? I’m confused. Does anyone know the answer?
Will I get weight loss results with this diet and exercise plan?
Will I get weight loss results with this diet and exercise plan?
Every day I will eat the same thing.
Breakfast: A single piece of fruit (banana, apple, pear, mango etc)
Lunch: Crystal light drink
Dinner: One piece of whole wheat toast plain
I’ll probably fast 1-3 days out of the week as well.
Exercise: 300 jumping jacks, 100 situps/crunches, 50 squats.
What body shape do you find most attractive?
Banana (very thin and well banana shaped lol)? Or pear (big hips and thighs with a thin waist)? Or apple (big stomach with thin hips and thighs)? And what’s the sexiest weight for someone 5’4? :-)
How bad are bananas for weight loss?
I am on a diet to lose weight and I usually stay away from bananas because Ive heard they are not a good fruit for weight loss, mainly because of the high carb content. I usually take a glass of non fat milk daily and today I made a milkshake with a banana and a glass of milk, no sugar. Its only about 200 calories, but had about 45 carbs. Is this bad for weight loss?
I eat about 1400 calories a day and do an hour of cardio daily.
What can I add to my diet to have a bowel movement?
I’ve changed my diet for the past 6mths I eat oatmeal with flax seed ground, and tea in mornings w/banana and then lunch either chicken of fish with veggies and iceburge lettuce and drink at least 6-8cups of water a day. But I still don’t have bowel movements once a day instead it’s 2-3days. So my question is what can I take or change in my diet to have bowel movements once a day.
What is a good diet to go on to lose some weight?
I’ve eard many people say that they go on banana diets where they eat only bananas, but that’s too blah for me. I want something new everyday. What is a good diet where there is change but not too much? Nothing expensive please. And I will NOT take pills, medicine, drugs or any of that sort. Just food.
