hair vitamins for thickness?

I had a very bad experience with hair extensions over a year ago and my hair continues to get closer to its natura lthickness. I have seen much progress but I was wondering if anyone has had success with using a particular product or type of hair vitamin. I currenty take a multivitamin for women (without iron) from the vitamin shoppe twice a day, 1200 mg biotin (split into two dosages…600 each) & flaxseed oil once a day. I have Nioxin because I got it at reduced price but I have yet to try it due to a bunch of mixed reviews. I understand that nutrition and health contribute to hair but I am asking about thickness specifically, not the rate of growth. Also,if anyone has any thickening products that have worked for them, feel free to share.

Have u heard of someone whos life has been ruined by a name brand product?

Have u heard of (or know) someone whos life has been ruined by a name brand product? Either by the product malfunctioning or just a bad experience involving a product?

Well my mom once got windex sprayed in her eye several years ago & now shes afraid of all spray-clean products. Or I heard of a woman who put cherry Pop Tarts in her toaster and she left her house & came back to find it burnt down.

How about you? Im not a lawyer or anything, im just curious :)
