hair vitamins for thickness?
I had a very bad experience with hair extensions over a year ago and my hair continues to get closer to its natura lthickness. I have seen much progress but I was wondering if anyone has had success with using a particular product or type of hair vitamin. I currenty take a multivitamin for women (without iron) from the vitamin shoppe twice a day, 1200 mg biotin (split into two dosages…600 each) & flaxseed oil once a day. I have Nioxin because I got it at reduced price but I have yet to try it due to a bunch of mixed reviews. I understand that nutrition and health contribute to hair but I am asking about thickness specifically, not the rate of growth. Also,if anyone has any thickening products that have worked for them, feel free to share.
Ladies could I?
As a guy Im hearing that boxer briefs are all the rage. But they all look too bulky and the material is all cotton…something I’m not too keen on because I’m metro. I found these, but they are for women. Do you think a guy with a pretty thin waistline could get away with wearing these boyshorts?

The TRUTH about penis size, please!?
Lately I have been wondering now and then about my size and what will be pleasing to a woman. I just looked up the possibility of using any of those enhancement products and looked at Yahoo Answers first, to hear what people, not manufacturers have to say about the subject and the first question I see about it has 3 or 4 women answering the question.
They all pretty much had this "Oh here we go again" attitude, well, one even said that. And then proceeded to say that nothing at all works and that it is not something for a man to think about and that women don’t care anyway. They all said "You’ve got what you are born with, deal with it"
I was a little shocked at the attitude going on here, women being as vain as they are; cosmetics, dress & apparel, breast enlargement, cosmetic surgery, doing their hair for 30 minutes to 2 hours, etc., etc. I would say that it is fair to assume that most women obsess about one thing or another, if not all of these things to some degree.
That being said, I think it is fair to say that it is natural for both men and women to have concerns about their physical appearance as well as the one part of our anatomy that is used in love making. So please, no attitude along with the answers, it’s not necessary and it’s extremely hypocritical.
Basically, in the few answers I read, the main themes were:
1) Nothing in the world is going to make it larger unlesss it is done during puberty or possibly very minimal help due to blood flow enhancement,
2) That it was not necesary to be concerned with it,
3) That it doesn’t matter to women (I’m assuming they mean within a certain range, I would have to bet that an erect penis of 3.5 inches can not functionally do much)
Well, just like I would like to see evidence for enhancement, I would like to see evidence that it is impossible, how do they all know?
I think every man has the right to be concerned about his ability to please a woman and it is natural to have some doubts and concerns, especially knowing that women in general DO INDEED TALK ABOUT SIZE. In my younger days I once asked a girl after sex if she thought I was big and her reply was that I was big for the small town we lived in. WTF? Yet another time all the woman could say the first few minutes during intercourse was "Oh my god, you’re so big, you’re so big". Which shocked me because I have seen quite a few pornos growing up and I am definitely not a contender. Let’s not even get into the "Blacks on Blondes" insanity.
I never had an issue with this until the last few years as I have become older and no longer in my twenties. Plus, I seem to have SHRUNK. I was extremely ill for a few years, and went through a lot of psychological trauma and since then apparently I have lost about an inch….what the hell is that all about?
Well, at the bottom of the page it showed related Q&As and I clicked on the first one where a guy had asked about his 5.5-6.5 incher and asked what women thought was too big and the answers seemed to hover around 8-10 and there was mention of "I like big ****s" once or twice as well.
So which is it ladies?
And if you like big ****s, WHY?
Is it simply because "bigger is better" and you are into pain or some kind of ego-fulfillment?
I have heard that the inside canal of a woman is technically 5-7 inches at most and that anything bigger actually begins to hit boundaries as well as slip into another area which isn’t involved in sexual pleasure. So just like everything else, the stories conflict and there is no definitive answer.
So please, answer all 3 questions above in order to explain your preference.
Sorry to take up so much space but I wanted to cover all bases and explain my frustration and mindset.
When I say the one part of our anatomy used in love making, I mean LITERALLY. I know that love and affection, words, emotion and the rest of the body are all part of the experience. I simply mean the actual MAN/WOMAN sexual hardware.

One a Day Women's Active Mind & Body…nautious?
I bought this multivitamin a few months ago & after taking it even with food I found it made me extremely nautious. I took one this morning & I felt the urge to puke while eating my breakfast. I’ve taken other types of One A Day & its never made me feel this way there has to be something in there that triggers it….I just read other reviews complaining of the same problem. Even my birth control doesn’t make me feel this way, I don’t recommend this product at all. It definately made my body active just not in a good way…
Are there any foods that actually promote weight loss?
Yes, I know that fruits and veggies are generally the route to go as it’s nearly a no-lose situation but what about all this other stuff I’m reading about? Fiber & wheat? Rice? Grapefruit? Are there really foods within our categories of groups that can stimulate weight loss, aside from just dieting alone? If so, which foods stimulate? Which are "false friends"?
