How do you add more sugar to your diet in a healthy way?

Author: I wanted to lose some weight, so I started eating healthier. That meant less of my sweets and pop. Unfortunately, I’ve been finding myself getting VERY dizzy without getting enough sugar in my diet.
I like fruit, but the acids in it can really mess up my stomach if I eat more than a serving or two a day. What are some other ways that I can get that sugar I need in my system without it being horrifically unhealthy?
Difficulty Swallowing and other symptoms…Help !?
I’ve been having difficulty swallowing for about two weeks. it seems like it gets worse with time. sometimes I also feel a little pressure on my chest . I feel like something is stuck on my throat 24/7. It is hard to swallow food but I feel it more when I swallow liquids like water and even my own saliva. I am worried an would like some advice. I’ve heard that for a possible Acid Reflux problem one can take anti acids.But I’ve also heard that anti acids will worsen the condition. Can anybody help me please. What do you suspect that I have ? Is there an alternative method like a natural one? should I be concerned and go to the doctor? thank you…by the way my age is 32 (male)

I have been experiencing acid reflux for quite sometime. I have been using ant acids all this time until i asked Doctors to advice me before it’s too late. I wanted to know the side effects after using ant acids for a long time. One Dr. mentioned ” LIBIDO ”
I stopped using the anti acid when i learned that i am becoming sexually weak. What can i do to reverse the condition ? Iam 55 years old. Could age be a factor or it’s got to do with prolonged use of anti acids ? Kindly advice me to improve my Libido. I love my wife.

Paraesophageal Hiatal Hernia?
My grandma is 74 and she has a Paraesophageal Hiatal Hernia
They say they can not do any surgery on it cause of her age because of her age, if they did do surgery most likely she would die.
Anyway, She can’t eat without being sick at her stomach
It seems like her stomach always hurts, she has tried to take anti-acids like pepsid or w.e
Does anyone know ANYTHING to do for her?
