How do I control binges and cravings on a diet?

I recently lost about 13kg in 10 months through good diet and excercise.
Lately i’ve been craving things i can usually resist, mainly things like doritos.
I count my calories, so is it ohkay to eat like a whole bag once a week if i know i’ll still have atleast a 100 calorie deficit?

(please don’t talk about small portions, i want to enjoy, i just really want the whole thing !) :S

How can I force myself to stick to my diet to get bigger and stronger?

I have had this workout program and diet plan for over 10 months now, and I haven’t started it because I can’t seem to be able to eat all this healthy food, while I get to watch my family consume junk food that smells and tastes good. How can I stay committed to my program? I can do all the workouts, but when it comes to dieting I seem to have a lot of trouble accomplishing my nutrition needs. Thank you for your time and advice.

How can a menapausal woman know when she is no longer fertile?

If a 53 year old woman has not had her period in 10 months can she assume she is no longer fertile? At what point is birth control
no longer considered to be necessary?
