Morning health shake ingredients for women?
I almost always skip breakfast since I don’t have a big appetite in the morning, and was wondering if there was a recipe for a health shake? I don’t mind buying protein powder and such, as long as its healthy.
I don’t really exercise, 98 lbs at 5 feet 2. Not looking to gain or lose weight. Just a healthy breakfast.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Low fat milk
Banana
Whey protein powder (try to get the plain one that is sugar free)
One tablespoon flaxseed oil (great for omega 3 and healthy skin)
Honey (if you need more sweetness)
This is really healthy
Oatmeal, all natural chemical free whey protein, and blueberries is one of my favorites, OR I will consume a low calorie smoothie to get me going in the morning. The link below has some great smoothie vids:)
