i am loosing weight and don't like how my body is shaping! help!?

See I’ve lost 20 pounds so far and still need to loose more, i work out all my muscles including abs and i do cardio. its been going awesome but i don’t like the fact that since i’ve been doing abs and it looks like i have a weird six pack over my fat! what should i do i just wanna lose more weight and obtain a flat stomach!

    turning fat into muscle…..not possible bro so please dont listen to that. cardio and burning more calories than you intake is key to obtaining a flat stomach. doing crunches and situps or other ab routines will not make your stomach flat. im not telling you stop doing such exercises but you have to lose the fat around you midsection or your abs will never show through. the biggest thing to obtain a flat stomach and develop your abs is eating right. people tend to focus on the workout when trying to lose weight but the most important part is using a healthy diet. good luck bro.

    dont start toning until you have lost all the fat that you want. you will turn your fat into muscle fat and it will appear larger and be harder to get rid of.

    If you aren’t already, you might want to do exercise on a stability ball. .and do overall body toning exercises on it. Your muscles have to work harder to stabilize your body on a stability ball. They have some great workouts you can print on this website:
