How do I get to where I don't look pregnant any more? It's been 12 weeks.?

I’m not asking how to get into "shape" because I have lost all but 8 lbs that I had gained, and I still look pregnant. My stomach muscles are all stretched out. I know I will spend the rest of my life looking like this if I don’t do anything about it, because my mother, who weighs less than me, has spent her whole life looking like she is in the early stages of pregnancy.

I saw on here before something like a gurtle that holds the stomach muscles and retrains them, but I can’t find it now. Has anyone heard of this? It is also used for after stomach surgery and stuff like that.

    Suck in your belly button, and then squeeze your stomach muscles. It worked for me.

    Thats what the movie stars do. Wrap your middle with bandages every day for a month. The skin adhears to the muscle walls again !
