How can I force myself to stick to my diet to get bigger and stronger?
I have had this workout program and diet plan for over 10 months now, and I haven’t started it because I can’t seem to be able to eat all this healthy food, while I get to watch my family consume junk food that smells and tastes good. How can I stay committed to my program? I can do all the workouts, but when it comes to dieting I seem to have a lot of trouble accomplishing my nutrition needs. Thank you for your time and advice.
self-control first of all. ask for family to cut back on the junk food aswell, it’ll help them and you. find a healthy food that you really like and everytime you get the urge to eat unhealthy food, eat your good snack or treat. go on the internet and try to find new foods that are also good for you to keep your mind occupied from other greasy or fatty foods.
Whenever you are about to eat something unhealthy think am i going to regret it? thats what i do and it works. or if your about to eat junk food think about what it turns into (FAT!) then you wont feel hungry anymore. i say just try to eat fruits and vegtables you feel so much better!! i hope i helped. :)
