How can a woman JUST tone with the bowflex?
I am a woman, 5′3” about 110 pounds and want to tone my body. I DO NOT want to get bulky or really muscular, just enough to look long and lean. I bought a machine similar to the bowflex and was wondering if anyone knows excersizes I can do with it for my body type. I really am interested in working out the stomach, butt, and thighs.

Lots of repetitions at a low resistance level. Pick a level at which you can flex around 16-20 times, and work your way up to doing it 20-28 times before bumping your repetitions.
