hair vitamins for thickness?
I had a very bad experience with hair extensions over a year ago and my hair continues to get closer to its natura lthickness. I have seen much progress but I was wondering if anyone has had success with using a particular product or type of hair vitamin. I currenty take a multivitamin for women (without iron) from the vitamin shoppe twice a day, 1200 mg biotin (split into two dosages…600 each) & flaxseed oil once a day. I have Nioxin because I got it at reduced price but I have yet to try it due to a bunch of mixed reviews. I understand that nutrition and health contribute to hair but I am asking about thickness specifically, not the rate of growth. Also,if anyone has any thickening products that have worked for them, feel free to share.
You can take a fish oil supplement (its like a vitamin) it will make you hair thicker.
Also there is a shampoo called Mane and Tail.
It comes in a white bottle with a horse on the front.
This shampoo was originally designed for horse use to grow a full and thick mane and tail. It is now on the market for human use. It is completely safe to use. It really does work! Me and my sisters have used it for a while.
