Exercises to help colon flow?

I’m 13, but as long as I can remember I’ve never gone pooping in a regular basis- probably since I was 7.
When I was 7, I was taking meds to help me poop more regularly but after a month after that it didn’t work and didn’t bother telling mom or dad about it. Now, I’m to embarrassed to tell them about it since I’ve realized it’s not normal.

I’ve stopped P.E. at school since about a year ago to I’m gaining weight and it’s not normal fat- on a normal person that’s getting fat, it’s all flab- I look like the beginning stages of pregnancy.
Also, if it helps any, sometimes I might poop 2 times a day, then last 3 or 4 days without pooping any natural food or exercises that I can do at home or so my parents won’t realize?

My recommendation is you eat a ripe papaya in the morning before breakfast. If you can’t find it in the groceries, eat 2 apples instead of one in the morning as an alternative. Fruits are natural laxatives. Laxatives induce "pooping". You may also squeeze two lemons in a glass of water as an option.

You might be lacking vitamin C and fiber-rich foods to help your colon do the work. Change your diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables than meat, dairy products like cheese etc. or oil foods. If you like to eat meat go for chicken or fish and the portion should not be bigger than the size of your hand.

For breakfast, eat whole wheat bread or multi-grain bread instead of white breads. And don’t use butter. Spread non-fat margarine with zero trans-fat (look in the label or get Becel margarine) to replace butter. Do not eat 3 big meals a day. Try smaller meals every 4 hours. I can suggest a healthy snack with 2 loaves of multi-grain bread, tuna flakes and lettuce with salt, pepper and tomato ketchup to taste. Don’t put mayonnaise.

And exercise should go with all of this. If you hate running, get a bicycle. Sweat it all out. But do it in stages. From 10 minutes to 20 to 30…in progression, so you will not collapse and find out you have hypertension. Weight loss should be a natural process. But you can do it in 2 weeks if you have self-discipline.

well lots of high fiber foods is a key lots of water to if you think you drank plenty then you need more but 2 times a day is good from my exp if your a female its not to uncommon not to go daily or even every other day but if that don’t work you can try when on the toilet to bring your knees to your chest so that your feet are on the toilet seat when you go but if its not hurting to go your ok most likely. is it possible that you are pregnant as that can make it happen or if your sexually active and do a lot of anal it can to. worse case tho is if you really are wanted/needing to go daily take an enema till you cant hold any more then wait about 5 to 10 mins and then go best done till your coming out clean and that way only would need to do it a few times a week
