Does anyone know what could be the cause of bad bloating after eating?
It seems that each time after I eat, whether a small meal or a large one, I am always bloated. I think it is even worse after sugary foods like chocolate or cupcakes, which I rarely eat. I am really tired of it, I look like I am in the first stages of pregnancy after I eat. It lasts for a while and I usually have stomach cramps with it.
It almost sounds like IBS or spastic colon, it affects a large percentage of females (and to some degree males as well). Constipation and diarrhea, bloatedness and stomach cramps are signs of IBS. You might even find that in times when you are stressed that it gets worst?
The right diet with lost of soluble fiber, exercise and pro-biotics can help to alleviate the bloatedness. Gasforming foods should also be avoided.
I would reccomend seeing your doctor or going to your local pharmacy so they can maybe give you something that will help.
Have you been given anti-biotics in the last few years ? If so then you need to get on a good pro-biotic.
