Those people are called transgender people. A transgender person is someone who has not undergone hormone treatment or surgery. There are Male to Female transgender/transexual people, and Female to Male transgender/transexual people. Being transgender isn’t ‘wanting’ to be the other gender. It’s when a woman was born in a male body or a man was born in a womans body.

A woman (biological man) cannot ‘grow’ breasts while on estrogen and while taking hormones to get arid of the testosterone. They are becoming the woman they are on the inside by this process. It’s normally called ‘transitioning’.

Men (biological women) take testosterone to make their voices deeper, get body hair, and so they can be the man on the outside that they are on the inside, or ‘transition’.

So yes. A person with XX chromosomes can take testosterone just like a person with XY chromosones can to transition.

Women can take estrogen, and often do to regulate their own hormones.

its not testosterone… but yes women can i have no idea if it will enhance your breast or what ever you want to use it for. Is there a certain reason you want to do this or who ever might want to use this. If you want larger breast I would talk to a doctor about that and maybe even have plastic surgery.
