Can a persons diet really affect their body shape?

I heard that a poor diet can make a women apple and pear shaped and certain foods can keep fat off your waist and certain foods can make fat go to your hips and butt. Is that true?

    yes. eat right. eat small meals and get high alot so you can stabilize your appetite. dont eat fast food. drink water. exercise. masterbate. and you should be good
